Terms and Conditions



Parties

  • The "Provider", ContentCory, a company established under Belgian law.
  • The "Customer", making use of ContentCory's Free or Premium software.

Service

ContentCory provides a simplified social media calendar by which Customer can easily manage his or her content calendar.

Some ContentCory features are only accessbile to members with a payed Premium subscription.


Subscription & Payments

Customer can upgrade from free to Premium to gain access to Premium features. The subscription can easily be stopped by the Customer in the Customer's subscription settings.

  • Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
  • The Provider shall issue invoices for the Charges to the Customer.
  • The Customer must pay the Charges to the Provider within the period of 30 days following the issue of an invoice.
  • The Customer must pay the Charges by credit card.


Acceptance of the terms

By using our Services and subscribing on our Site, Customer acknowledges to have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and to have the authority to act on behalf of any person or entity for whom you are using the Services, and is deemed to have agreed to this Agreement on behalf of any entity for whom Customer uses the Services.

Ground Rules

When accessing the Service, Customer must:

  • neither use the Service in a manner, nor transmit, input or store any Data, that breaches any third party right (including Intellectual Property Rights and privacy rights) or is Objectionable, incorrect or misleading.
  • not impersonate another person or misrepresent authorisation to act on behalf of others or us;
  • correctly identify the sender of all electronic transmissions;
  • not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of the Underlying Systems;
  • not use, or misuse, the Service in any way which may impair the functionality of the Underlying Systems or impair the ability of any other user to use the Service;
  • not attempt to view, access or copy any material or data other than: that which you are authorised to access; and

Any breach of the Ground Rules can result in immediate deletion of your account, without prior notice.


Acknowledgements

  • Customer acknowledges that complex software is never wholly free from defects, errors and bugs; and subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Provider gives no warranty or representation that the Hosted Services will be wholly free from defects, errors and bugs.
  • Customer acknowledges that complex software is never entirely free from security vulnerabilities; and subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Provider gives no warranty or representation that the Hosted Services will be entirely secure.
  • Provider does not warrant or represent that the Hosted Services will be compatible with any other software or systems.
  • Customer acknowledges that the Provider will not provide any [legal, financial, accountancy or taxation advice] under this Agreement or in relation to the Hosted Services; and, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, the Provider does not warrant or represent that the Hosted Services or the use of the Hosted Services by the Customer will not give rise to any legal liability on the part of the Customer or any other person.
